What We're Looking For
Essential Qualifications
- Level 2 or Level 3 Early Years qualification (or equivalent)
- Enhanced DBS clearance
- First Aid for Infants and Children
- Safeguarding training
- Excellent communication skills
Desirable Skills & Experience
- Experience working with children aged 2-4 years
- Knowledge of EYFS framework
- Experience with outdoor/nature-based learning
- Passion for child-led, play-based learning
- Experience supporting children with additional needs
